We proudly collaborate with Zillow Flex , operate from a cutting-edge office space , and maintain one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area , generating over 10 million monthly views across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Provide critical administrative support and manage transaction workflows for our agents
• 🏡 Handle listing coordination, MLS updates, signage placement, and photography scheduling
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organize showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM management

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
