Are you enthusiastic about real estate and excel at handling complex details? We’re seeking a committed Real Estate Assistant to join our vibrant, high-achieving team based in Northern Virginia.

As we prepare to launch with Zillow Flex , we operate from a cutting-edge office and maintain one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area , generating over 10 million monthly views on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Provide essential administrative support and manage transaction coordination for our agents
• 🏡 Oversee listings, update MLS information, coordinate signage, and schedule professional photography
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organize showings, inspections, and closing appointments with precision
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM management

• Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and skilled in creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
