KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead client engagements and workstreams to plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation to delivery, including the creation and management of project plans, status reports, RAID logs, process documentation, business requirements documentation, and project communication documents.
  2. Work closely with highly skilled client and KPMG teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of deliverables while leading cross-functional teams, providing guidance, and aligning team members with project goals.
  3. Apply continuous improvement principles, including ongoing learning, process improvement, and professional development.
  4. Use risk management approaches to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact project success.
  5. Leverage AI concepts and skills to manage projects effectively, creating deliverables efficiently using data and analytics to inform decisions and measure progress during transformation projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum three years of management consulting experience leading and managing small to medium-sized transformation projects, driving business change, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred.
  3. Experience with transformation efforts, program management, technical projects, managing change, assessing impacts, and implementing changes.
  4. Excellent communication skills, building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decisions, and facilitating collaboration.
  5. Understanding of testing cycles and creation of testing materials, proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, or Jira.
  6. Ability to travel up to 50%.
  7. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visas for this opportunity.
