KPMG is seeking a Manager in Financial Due Diligence within our Deal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and business due diligence to Fortune 1000 and middle-market companies, as well as private equity investors, with an emphasis on healthcare deals.
2. Coordinate with clients, KPMG teams, and third-party diligence providers throughout the transaction process.
3. Analyze target company data to identify financial and operational trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks affecting valuation and negotiations.
4. Create tailored transaction advisory reports focusing on normalized earnings, valuation assumptions, management's budget achievability, and indebtedness considerations.

Qualifications:

1. At least five years of relevant experience, including four years in accounting, advisory, financial audit, or transaction services at a Top Ten public accounting firm, with prior healthcare industry experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA eligibility; CPA or similar certification preferred.
3. Extensive project management experience, including leading teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
4. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC financial reporting, IFRS, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Willingness and ability to travel.
7. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available for this role.
