Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Early Careers Recruiter to join our Early Career Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the Head of Early Career Talent Acquisition. This role will support the recruitment strategy for key functions across our Finance organization—including Corporate Finance, Asset Liability Management (ALM), Actuarial, and Investments—and will play a critical role in building a strong and diverse pipeline of future talent.
As part of a collaborative team, you will execute full-cycle campus recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall success of New York Life’s early talent attraction strategy. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to both business stakeholders and the Early Career Lead, ensuring alignment between functional talent needs and broader recruiting initiatives.

Salary Range: $64,400-$81,200
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
