Position Summary

We are seeking a Director in Human Capital Advisory within our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities

1. Identify new clients, manage existing relationships, and deliver Workforce Transformation services across various industries, focusing on areas such as Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Models, Skills Development, Performance & Workforce Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Assessments, Employee Experience, and Diversity & Inclusion.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure excellent client service, including stakeholder management, facilitating meetings and workshops, creating deliverables, and managing projects and budgets.
3. Develop thought leadership, tools, resources, and training related to workforce transformation.
4. Advance business methodologies and intellectual capital through articles, whitepapers, and guides.
5. Support business development by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and engaging with clients.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of twelve years' relevant experience in areas such as Organization Design, Target Operating Models, Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Assessments, Employee Experience, and Diversity & Inclusion. Preferred ten years in advisory services within a major consulting firm.
2. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
3. Experience leading business transformation initiatives, understanding business processes, project management methodologies, and human capital best practices.
4. Proven ability to manage client portfolios, prioritize tasks, and engage stakeholders across organizational levels.
5. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no visa sponsorship available.
